  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues.
  7. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and follow up on any outstanding issues.
  8. Continuously strive to improve the customer experience by identifying areas for improvement and providing feedback to the team.
  9. Stay up to date on company policies, procedures, and products to ensure accurate and consistent information is provided to customers.
  10. Uphold a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive customer information.
  11. Adhere to performance metrics and goals set by the company to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service.
  12. Handle customer escalations with empathy and professionalism, finding appropriate solutions to resolve issues.
  13. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services.
  14. Maintain a positive and solution-oriented attitude in all customer interactions, ensuring a positive brand image is upheld.
  15. Continuously seek out opportunities to improve and optimize customer service processes and procedures.
