  1. Coordinate talent schedules and appearances for various shows and events.
  2. Communicate and liaise with talent, their representatives, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
  3. Manage and maintain talent contracts, agreements, and other related documents.
  4. Assist in the onboarding and offboarding process for talent, including managing paperwork and logistics.
  5. Handle all travel arrangements and accommodations for talent, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
  6. Work closely with the production team to ensure talent has all necessary materials and information for their appearances.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of talent expenses and reimbursements.
  8. Serve as a point of contact for talent inquiries and requests, and respond in a timely and professional manner.
  9. Collaborate with the marketing and promotions team to plan and execute promotional events featuring talent.
  10. Conduct research and stay informed about industry trends and talent news to make recommendations for talent opportunities.
  11. Assist with the coordination of remote broadcasts and live events featuring talent.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve the talent operations process to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  13. Provide administrative support to the talent department, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as legal regulations, in all aspects of talent operations.
  15. Exhibit a positive and professional attitude while representing the company and its talent in all interactions.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Hr Or Talent Management, Preferably In A Media Or Entertainment Industry

  • Strong Knowledge Of Hr Policies And Procedures, Including Recruitment, Onboarding, And Performance Management

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Various Stakeholders

  • Proficiency In Hris And Other Hr Systems, As Well As Experience With Talent Management Software.
