  10. Continuously seek ways to improve customer retention and satisfaction.
  11. Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
  13. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
  14. Keep confidential customer information secure.
  15. Attend and actively participate in team meetings and training sessions.
  16. Proactively seek out new customer retention strategies and techniques.
  17. Act as a brand ambassador for Sirius XM Radio, promoting our services and values to customers.
