  1. Ensure the smooth operation of radio broadcasting equipment and systems.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may arise during radio broadcasts.
  3. Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on broadcasting equipment.
  4. Monitor and maintain signal quality and transmission stability.
  5. Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement new technologies and systems.
  6. Stay updated on industry advancements and trends to ensure the best possible broadcasting experience.
  7. Conduct routine inspections and tests to ensure compliance with FCC regulations.
  8. Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance and repairs.
  9. Train and educate other team members on proper operation and maintenance of broadcasting equipment.
  10. Communicate effectively with team members and management to provide updates and report any issues.
  11. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
  12. Work closely with programming and production teams to ensure high-quality audio for on-air broadcasts.
  13. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to streaming and online broadcasting.
  14. Assist in the setup and operation of remote broadcasts and live events.
  15. Maintain a clean and organized broadcasting studio and equipment room.
  16. Collaborate with external vendors for equipment purchases, repairs, and maintenance.
  17. Work with management to develop and implement disaster recovery plans for broadcasting systems.
  18. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  19. Continuously evaluate and improve broadcasting processes and workflows.
  20. Uphold the company's standards and values, maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Troubleshooting And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Quickly Identify And Resolve Technical Issues.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Broadcast Engineering, Preferably In A Radio Or Audio Production Environment.

  • Proficiency In Operating And Maintaining Audio Equipment, Such As Mixing Consoles, Audio Processors, And Audio Routing Systems.

  • Knowledge Of Fcc Regulations And Experience Ensuring Compliance With Broadcasting Standards.
