- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to broadcasting.
- Train and mentor junior broadcast engineers on equipment operation and maintenance.
- Communicate effectively with team members and external vendors to coordinate necessary repairs and upgrades.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance and repairs.
- Participate in on-call rotation for emergency technical support.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working with broadcasting equipment.

Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Broadcast Engineering, Preferably In The Radio Industry.
Knowledge Of Audio And Rf Systems, Transmission Equipment, And Studio Operations.
Experience With Computer Networking, Automation Systems, And Troubleshooting Technical Issues.
