- Maintain and operate all broadcast equipment, including audio consoles, microphones, and transmission equipment.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of audio during live broadcasts and pre-recorded shows.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may arise during live broadcasts.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on broadcast equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Coordinate with other team members to schedule and execute equipment upgrades and installations.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest broadcast technology and make recommendations for equipment updates or improvements.
- Work closely with producers and on-air talent to ensure smooth and seamless transitions between audio elements.
- Monitor and maintain proper audio levels and ensure compliance with FCC regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as IT and production, to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation of equipment and maintenance logs.
- Train and mentor other team members on broadcast engineering procedures and technology.
- Maintain a clean and organized broadcast studio and control room.
- Follow safety protocols and emergency procedures to ensure the safety of all team members.
- Represent the company in a professional manner and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or Related Field
Minimum 3 Years Of Experience In Broadcast Engineering Or Related Field
Experience With Radio Frequency (Rf) And Audio Signal Processing Equipment
Knowledge Of Fcc Regulations And Compliance Requirements
