Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Business, Or A Related Field.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Lead And Motivate A Team.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role, Preferably In A Technical Or Engineering Environment.
Knowledge Of Xps Technology And Its Applications In The Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Successful Project Management And Driving Results In A Fast-Paced Environment.
