  1. Recruit and select highly motivated individuals for the XPS Leadership Program 2024/2025 at Siemens.
  2. Provide a welcoming and positive experience for program participants, helping them feel excited and motivated to join the program.
  3. Develop and implement a comprehensive program curriculum that focuses on leadership development, industry knowledge, and personal growth.
  4. Monitor and track the progress and performance of program participants, providing regular feedback and support to ensure their success.
  5. Collaborate with other program leaders and stakeholders to create a challenging and dynamic experience for participants.
  6. Encourage and facilitate networking opportunities for program participants to connect with other leaders and professionals within Siemens and the industry.
  7. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the program, encouraging participants to push boundaries and drive positive change.
  8. Serve as a mentor and role model for program participants, providing guidance and support as they navigate their career paths.
  9. Develop and maintain relationship with key stakeholders within Siemens to help promote and support the program.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve the program to ensure it meets the needs and expectations of participants and aligns with the goals and values of Siemens.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Business, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Lead And Motivate A Team.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role, Preferably In A Technical Or Engineering Environment.

  • Knowledge Of Xps Technology And Its Applications In The Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successful Project Management And Driving Results In A Fast-Paced Environment.
