Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human-Computer Interaction, User Experience Design, Psychology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience Conducting User Research And Usability Testing In A Professional Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Ux Design Principles And Methodologies, As Well As Experience With Various Research Methods (E.g. Surveys, Interviews, Usability Testing, Etc.).
Experience Working With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Designers, Engineers, And Product Managers.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present Research Findings And Recommendations To Stakeholders.
