Siemens is looking for a passionate and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our dynamic Human Resources team. The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding the best talent to fill our open positions and move our business forward.The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Recruiting, as well as a successful track record of finding and placing top talent in the organization. They should have an in-depth understanding of the recruiting process and be comfortable utilizing a variety of sourcing techniques to find the best candidates. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks and manage their time effectively.The Talent Acquisition Partner should also have exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, and be comfortable interacting with internal stakeholders at all levels of the organization. They should be able to build strong relationships with leadership and hiring managers and be able to provide advice and guidance on recruitment-related topics. Lastly, the successful candidate should have a strong work ethic, a customer-service mindset, and a passion for helping to attract and retain top talent.
