2. Lead and manage a team of supply chain and logistics professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce costs.
4. Monitor and analyze key supply chain and logistics metrics to identify areas for improvement and take proactive measures to address any issues.
5. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and other key stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
