Job Description

Siemens is looking for an experienced Supplier Quality Manager to join our team! We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual with excellent problem solving and communication skills. The Supplier Quality Manager will be responsible for managing the quality of all incoming supplier materials, components, and services. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field and a minimum of five years of experience in a similar position. They must have a proven track record of successful supplier quality management and must be knowledgeable in the latest quality management processes and techniques. This position requires a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and must be able to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. The Supplier Quality Manager must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel. The successful candidate must also be able to work independently and with minimal supervision.
