  1. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure high-quality and reliable products are delivered to Siemens.
  2. Conduct supplier audits and assessments to evaluate their quality management systems and capabilities.
  3. Identify areas for improvement in supplier processes and work collaboratively to implement corrective actions.
  4. Monitor supplier performance and provide regular reports to management.
  5. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure supplier requirements are understood and incorporated into product designs.
  6. Participate in new product development projects, providing input on supplier selection and qualification.
  7. Utilize data analysis and statistical methods to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
  8. Proactively identify potential quality issues and work with suppliers to prevent or resolve them.
  9. Stay current with industry standards and regulations related to interior and metallic components.
  10. Serve as a subject matter expert on quality standards and best practices, providing guidance and training to internal teams and suppliers.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering, Quality Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Supplier Quality Management, Preferably In The Automotive Or Aerospace Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Quality Standards And Practices, Such As Iso 9001 And As9100.

  • Experience With Interior And Metallic Components, Including Materials And Manufacturing Processes.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate And Negotiate With Suppliers And Internal Stakeholders.
