- Develop and maintain relationships with System Integrators (SIs) to establish strategic alliances for business growth.
- Identify and evaluate potential SI partners, and negotiate terms of partnership agreements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop joint business plans and drive execution of partnership objectives.
- Act as a liaison between Siemens and SIs, ensuring effective communication and alignment of goals and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify new partnership opportunities and make recommendations for business growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize the value of existing SI alliances.
- Provide guidance and support to SI partners to ensure successful implementation and deployment of Siemens products and solutions.
- Work closely with sales teams to drive growth through SI partnerships and identify potential sales opportunities.
- Conduct regular reviews and evaluations of SI partnerships to ensure alignment with business objectives and KPIs.
- Stay updated on industry developments and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Prepare and present reports on alliance performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Support the development and execution of marketing and promotional activities with SI partners.
- Foster a positive and collaborative working relationship with internal stakeholders and SI partners.
- Represent Siemens at industry events and conferences to promote SI partnerships and drive brand awareness.
- Continuously strive to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of SI partnerships for maximum impact on business growth and success.
Strong Leadership Skills: A Si Alliance Manager At Siemens Should Possess Strong Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage And Motivate Team Members, And Drive Strategic Partnerships With Other Companies.
