Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Designing, Troubleshooting, And Maintaining Railway Signaling Systems.
Extensive Knowledge And Experience With Relevant Industry Standards And Regulations (E.g. Cenelec, Iec, Arema).
Proven Leadership And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Deliver Projects On Time And Within Budget.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Communicate Technical Information To Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders.
