Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Construction Management, Or A Related Field.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Complex Projects Within Budget And On Schedule.
Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team Of Project Managers And Subcontractors.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Project Management For Large-Scale Commercial Construction Projects.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Key Stakeholders.
