  1. Utilize extensive knowledge and expertise in SAP systems to support customer service and sales processes.
  2. Act as a subject matter expert in SAP CS SD, providing technical guidance and support to team members.
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP systems.
  4. Develop and implement solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness of SAP CS SD processes.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement system enhancements and upgrades.
  6. Conduct training and provide support to end-users on SAP CS SD processes and functionality.
  7. Stay updated on the latest developments and best practices in SAP CS SD.
  8. Ensure compliance with company and industry standards and regulations.
  9. Prepare reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations.
  10. Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of SAP CS SD processes.
  11. Actively participate in project planning and execution to ensure successful delivery of SAP CS SD solutions.
  12. Maintain documentation and knowledge base for SAP CS SD processes and procedures.
  13. Continuously monitor and evaluate system performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal functionality.
  14. Collaborate with vendors and external partners to resolve any issues or challenges related to SAP CS SD.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance and improve SAP CS SD processes and systems.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Sap Customer Service (Cs) And Sales And Distribution (Sd) Modules, Including Configuration, Customization, And Integration With Other Sap Modules.

  • Strong Experience In Providing Technical And Functional Support For Sap Cs And Sd Systems, Including Troubleshooting And Resolving Issues, Implementing Enhancements, And Performing System Upgrades.

  • Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As Abap, Java, And Sql, As Well As Experience With Sap Development Tools And Methodologies.

  • In-Depth Understanding Of Business Processes And Requirements Related To Customer Service And Sales, With The Ability To Translate These Into Functional And Technical Solutions.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Closely With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders To Gather Requirements, Design Solutions, And Deliver High-Quality Results.
