  1. Oversee and manage all aspects of service operations for a designated region, including customer service, technical support, and field service teams.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to ensure high-quality and efficient service delivery, while also driving business growth.
  3. Lead and mentor a team of service professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure a high-performing and engaged team.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance the overall service experience for customers.
  5. Monitor and analyze service metrics and KPIs to identify trends and areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimize service operations.
  6. Foster strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing excellent service and support to maintain customer satisfaction and retention.
  7. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards, promoting a culture of safety and adherence to regulations.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements, and proactively identify opportunities to incorporate new technologies and practices to enhance service delivery.
  9. Act as a brand ambassador for Siemens, promoting the company's values and mission while representing the organization to customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  10. Collaborate with other regional service managers and senior leadership to share best practices, align on goals, and drive overall company success.
