- Participate in the development and review of emergency response plans for potential radiation incidents.

Advanced Degree In Health Physics Or A Related Field: A Regional Health Physicist At Siemens Should Have A Minimum Of A Master's Degree In Health Physics Or A Related Field Such As Radiation Health, Medical Physics, Or Environmental Science.
Certification By A Recognized Organization: A Regional Health Physicist At Siemens Should Be Certified By A Recognized Organization Such As The American Board Of Health Physics (Abhp) Or The National Registry Of Radiation Protection Technologists (Nrrpt).
Experience In Radiation Safety And Health Physics: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Radiation Safety And Health Physics, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Industrial Setting.
Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements: A Regional Health Physicist At Siemens Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Federal, State, And Local Regulations Related To Radiation Safety And Health Physics, Including The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (Nrc) And The Occupational Safety And Health Administration (Osha).
