  1. Oversee and manage the construction of real estate projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  2. Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  3. Monitor the progress of construction projects, identify potential issues and risks, and develop solutions to ensure successful project completion.
  4. Coordinate and communicate with various teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors, to ensure all work is being completed according to the project plans and specifications.
  5. Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses, negotiating contracts, and approving invoices.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and team members, to ensure a collaborative and productive work environment.
  7. Provide regular status updates and reports to senior management and key stakeholders on project progress, budget, and any issues or risks.
  8. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards throughout the construction process.
  9. Lead and motivate project team members, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure successful project outcomes.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
  11. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to project management practices.
  12. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times, maintaining a strong brand image.
  13. Travel to project sites as needed to oversee and monitor progress and address any issues or concerns.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Construction Project Management, Preferably In The Real Estate Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large-Scale Projects From Conception To Completion.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team Of Project Managers And Subcontractors.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Construction Codes, Regulations, And Best Practices, As Well As Experience Working With Various Building Materials And Systems.
