Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Engineering, Business Management, Or Project Management.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In A Technical Or Manufacturing Environment.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team To Achieve Project Goals.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Stakeholders At All Levels.
Certification In A Recognized Project Management Methodology, Such As Pmp Or Prince2, Is Preferred.
