Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or Related Field: A Project Controls Engineer At Siemens Should Have A Strong Educational Background In Engineering Or A Related Field To Understand The Technical Requirements Of The Projects They Will Be Working On.
Experience In Project Management And Controls: Candidates Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Project Management And Controls, Preferably In The Engineering Or Construction Industry. This Experience Will Ensure That They Are Familiar With Project Management Software, Scheduling, Budgeting, And Risk Management.
