PLM Solution Architect – Semiconductor

- Develop and implement solutions for semiconductor clients using PLM systems.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions.
- Analyze and evaluate existing PLM systems to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, developers, and project managers to design and implement solutions.
- Conduct research on new technologies and industry trends in the semiconductor field to enhance PLM offerings.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients and internal teams.
- Create and maintain project documentation, including requirements, design, and testing documents.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to PLM systems.
- Ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
- Stay updated on advancements and updates in PLM systems and recommend upgrades or changes as needed.
- Train and mentor other team members on PLM systems.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote and demonstrate PLM solutions to potential clients.
- Ensure compliance with company and industry standards and regulations.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including clients, management, and team members.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Semiconductor Industry: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Semiconductor Industry, Including Its Processes, Challenges, And Trends. This Knowledge Will Be Crucial In Designing And Implementing Plm Solutions That Meet The Specific Needs Of Semiconductor Companies.
Strong Technical Skills: As A Plm Solution Architect, The Candidate Must Have A Strong Technical Background, Including Experience With Plm Software, Cad Tools, And Other Relevant Technologies. They Should Also Have A Good Understanding Of Data Management, Data Analytics, And Integration With Other Enterprise Systems.
Experience In Solution Architecture: The Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years' Experience In Solution Architecture, With A Focus On Plm Systems. This Should Include Designing And Implementing Complex Plm Solutions For Semiconductor Companies, Preferably Using Siemens Plm Software.
Project Management Experience: Plm Solution Architects Are Responsible For Leading And Managing Plm Implementation Projects. Therefore, The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Projects, Including Defining Project Scope, Timelines, And Deliverables, As Well As Managing Project Teams And Stakeholders.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Plm Solution Architect, The Candidate Will Be Working Closely With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Engineers, Project Managers, And Business Stakeholders. Therefore, They Should Have Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate And Build Relationships With These Teams.
