  1. Spearhead and coordinate project activities for the Planned Activity business unit.
  2. Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  3. Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  4. Identify and address potential risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies.
  5. Ensure effective communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders.
  6. Lead and motivate project team members to achieve project goals and objectives.
  7. Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to senior management.
  8. Act as a liaison between the Planned Activity business unit and other departments within the company.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors.
  10. Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the project management process.
  11. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
  12. Provide guidance and support to team members on project management best practices.
  13. Collaborate with other project managers to share knowledge and resources.
  14. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to identify potential opportunities for the business unit.
  15. Represent Siemens in a professional and positive manner at industry events and conferences.
  16. Contribute to the overall success and growth of the Planned Activity business unit.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Project Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In The Industrial Or Manufacturing Sector.

  • Strong Understanding Of Project Management Methodologies, Such As Agile Or Waterfall.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Experience With Budget Management, Risk Assessment, And Project Scheduling Tools.
