- Collaborate with business leaders to understand their goals and objectives and develop people and organization strategies that align with the overall business strategy.
- Provide guidance and support to business leaders on all people-related matters, including employee development, performance management, and workforce planning.
- Partner with HR colleagues to implement and drive initiatives that support a positive and inclusive work culture and promote employee engagement and retention.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and patterns and make recommendations for improvement and change.
- Serve as an advocate for employees, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in HR and proactively make recommendations for improvement or change.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to develop and implement effective recruitment and onboarding strategies.
- Manage employee relations and address any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and deliver training programs to support employee development and growth.
- Serve as a change agent, driving organizational change and development initiatives to support business goals and objectives.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Hr, Preferably In A Business Partner Or Consulting Role.
Strong Knowledge Of Hr Practices And Employment Laws.
Excellent Communication, Relationship Building, And Interpersonal Skills.
Ability To Think Strategically And Provide Innovative Solutions To Complex Organizational Challenges.
