  1. Conduct research and gather data on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to people analytics and strategy.
  2. Collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify areas for improvement and develop data-driven solutions to attract, develop and retain top talent.
  3. Analyze and interpret data to identify patterns, trends, and insights that inform decision-making and drive organizational performance.
  4. Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key HR metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  5. Support the design, implementation, and evaluation of talent development programs and initiatives.
  6. Assist in the development of strategies and initiatives to promote diversity and inclusion within the organization.
  7. Participate in cross-functional projects and collaborate with teams across the organization to implement data-driven solutions.
  8. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  9. Ensure data integrity and accuracy by conducting regular audits and quality checks.
  10. Stay current with industry trends, advancements, and best practices in people analytics and strategy.
  11. Contribute to the development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.
  12. Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  13. Collaborate with the HR team to develop and deliver training and development programs related to people analytics and strategy.
  14. Adhere to company confidentiality and data privacy policies.
  15. Take on ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the HR team.

  • Strong Analytical Skills: The Intern Should Possess Strong Data Analysis Skills And Be Able To Draw Insights And Make Data-Driven Recommendations For Hr Strategies.

  • Knowledge Of Hr Practices And Principles: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Good Understanding Of Key Hr Concepts, Such As Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, And Employee Engagement.

  • Proficiency In Data Analysis Tools: Experience With Tools Such As Excel, Tableau, Or R Is Crucial For Effectively Analyzing And Visualizing Hr Data.
