- Collaborate with various teams, including sales, manufacturing, and shipping, to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Maintain and update order management systems to accurately track and monitor orders.
- Communicate with customers and provide status updates on their orders, including any delays or changes.
- Review and verify order information for accuracy and completeness, including pricing, quantities, and shipping details.
- Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues with orders, such as inventory shortages or incorrect pricing.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production teams to ensure availability of products for customer orders.
- Provide support to sales teams by answering order-related inquiries and addressing any concerns or issues.
- Continuously strive to improve order management processes and procedures to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new processes and systems to streamline order management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to order management to ensure the highest level of service for customers.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as local and international regulations, in all aspects of order management.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Order Management Or Supply Chain Planning.
Strong Analytical And Data Management Skills.
Familiarity With Sap Or Other Erp Systems.
