  1. Develop and deliver training programs for healthcare professionals on the latest molecular imaging technology and equipment.
  2. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers using Siemens molecular imaging equipment.
  3. Collaborate with product development teams to provide feedback and recommendations for product improvement based on customer needs and experiences.
  4. Conduct on-site visits to assist with installation, calibration, and maintenance of molecular imaging equipment.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in molecular imaging technology to ensure comprehensive and accurate training and support.
  6. Work closely with sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities through customer relationship building and product demonstrations.
  7. Provide timely and effective support to address any customer concerns or issues related to molecular imaging technology.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement educational materials and resources for customers.
  9. Act as a subject matter expert on molecular imaging technology, regularly sharing knowledge and expertise with colleagues and customers.
  10. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all training sessions, customer interactions, and equipment maintenance activities.
  11. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory and safety guidelines, in all job activities.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of training programs and support methods to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Radiologic Technology, Nuclear Medicine, Or A Related Field.

  • Certification In Molecular Imaging (E.g. Cnmt, Arrt(N), Or Ardms).

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Clinical Or Technical Support For Molecular Imaging Equipment.

  • Strong Understanding Of Molecular Imaging Principles And Technology, Including Pet/Ct, Spect/Ct, And Mri.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Educate Clinical Staff On Siemens Molecular Imaging Systems.
