Manufacturing Engineering / Operations Excellence Manager

Siemens is searching for an experienced and motivated Manufacturing Engineering / Operations Excellence Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for driving the implementation of Siemens’ operations excellence strategy across the Siemens Manufacturing organization. The successful candidate must possess a combination of technical and business acumen, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to influence change throughout the organization. Our ideal candidate is analytical and comfortable with data, and has a deep understanding of operations excellence approaches and their potential to improve manufacturing operations. A successful Manufacturing Engineering / Operations Excellence Manager at Siemens will possess:• A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business or a related field• Proven experience in leading operations excellence initiatives• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing engineering or operations excellence role• Proven success in leading cross-functional teams• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Ability to develop and implement business processes• Experience with production/manufacturing systems and processes• Ability to identify and implement process improvement initiatives• Knowledge of industry best practices• Comfort with working with various software and technology platforms
