  1. Oversee the maintenance operations for all facilities and equipment, including planning, scheduling, and execution of maintenance tasks.
  2. Develop and implement maintenance procedures and protocols to ensure safe and efficient operation of facilities and equipment.
  3. Monitor equipment performance and address any issues or malfunctions in a timely and effective manner.
  4. Coordinate with other departments to schedule maintenance activities and minimize disruption to operations.
  5. Manage and maintain maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions are implemented.
  6. Train and supervise maintenance staff to ensure high-quality work and adherence to safety protocols.
  7. Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify maintenance needs and address any potential hazards.
  8. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and equipment maintenance history.
  9. Collaborate with vendors and contractors to obtain necessary materials and services for maintenance and repairs.
  10. Stay updated on industry advancements and recommend new technologies and processes to improve maintenance efficiency.
  11. Communicate effectively with all levels of staff to address maintenance concerns and provide updates on maintenance activities.
  12. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth maintenance operations.
  13. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations related to maintenance and safety.
  14. Continuously monitor and assess the effectiveness of maintenance procedures and make necessary improvements.
  15. Provide regular reports and updates to upper management on maintenance activities, expenses, and any potential risks or issues.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Maintenance Management Role Within A Manufacturing Or Industrial Setting.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Maintenance Best Practices And Experience Implementing And Improving Maintenance Processes.

  • Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Manage A Team And Collaborate With Other Departments.

  • Familiarity With Siemens Products And Systems, And Experience Working With Siemens Equipment In A Maintenance Capacity.
