  1. Assist the legal team in conducting legal research and analysis to support ongoing projects and initiatives.
  2. Participate in team meetings, discussions, and strategy sessions to learn and contribute to the team's work.
  3. Review and draft legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and policies, under the guidance of senior legal professionals.
  4. Maintain and update legal databases and files for efficient organization and retrieval of information.
  5. Support the legal team in managing legal documentation and correspondence with internal and external stakeholders.
  6. Attend and take notes during meetings, hearings, and court proceedings as required.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  8. Contribute to the development and improvement of legal processes and procedures.
  9. Keep up-to-date with industry developments, legal trends, and best practices to support the team's work.
  10. Professional development through active participation in training and learning opportunities provided by the organization.
