Legal Counsel

Siemens is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Counsel to provide legal advice on a wide range of complex matters. We are looking for an individual with excellent legal analytical and communication skills, who will bring not only legal expertise but also a sharp business acumen. The successful candidate must be able to work independently, but also as part of a larger, global team, and will be expected to apply their experience to a variety of challenging situations.The ideal candidate should possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree and a minimum of 8 years of legal experience, preferably in a corporate setting. They should have experience in contract law, labor law, corporate law, intellectual property law, compliance, and litigation. The ideal candidate should also have a working knowledge of the regulatory environment, and have a keen interest in remaining up-to-date on legal developments in the country the position is located in. Experience working with international clients is a plus.Strong communication skills are essential for this role, as the Legal Counsel will need to concisely and effectively communicate legal matters to various stakeholders, including senior management and executive teams. They must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, under tight deadlines and with strong attention to detail. A commitment to customer service and excellence is also essential.
