- Develop innovative and effective learning solutions that align with business objectives and meet the needs of adult learners.
- Utilize instructional design principles and adult learning theories to create engaging and impactful learning experiences.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to analyze learning needs and develop learning objectives.
- Design and develop a variety of learning materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training, job aids, and assessments.
- Ensure all learning solutions are visually appealing, interactive, and user-friendly.
- Conduct thorough quality checks on all learning materials to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in instructional design and adult learning to continuously improve learning solutions.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality.
- Communicate and present learning solutions to key stakeholders, incorporating feedback and making revisions as needed.
- Act as a consultant and provide guidance and recommendations on learning strategies to support business goals.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning solutions through data analysis and make recommendations for improvements.
- Mentor and provide guidance to other team members on instructional design principles and best practices.
Bachelor's Degree In Instructional Design, Education, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Designing And Developing Learning Solutions In A Corporate Or Industrial Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Adult Learning Principles And Instructional Design Models (Addie, Sam, Etc.).
Proficiency In E-Learning Development Tools And Learning Management Systems (Lms).
Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.
