  1. Lead the implementation and optimization of the Copado platform within the Salesforce ecosystem at Siemens.
  2. Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team in the use of Copado tools and best practices.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that meet business requirements and align with the company's overall strategy.
  4. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform and its capabilities, as well as emerging trends and technologies in the DEVOPS space.
  5. Lead and mentor team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development and technical growth.
  6. Ensure the highest levels of security, scalability, and efficiency in all Salesforce and Copado implementations.
  7. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of all Copado processes, configurations, and changes.
  8. Proactively identify and troubleshoot technical issues, proposing and implementing solutions to improve system performance and stability.
  9. Stay up-to-date with new Salesforce releases and features, evaluating their potential impact and making recommendations for adoption.
  10. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, communicating complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  11. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team, encouraging the exploration and adoption of new tools and methodologies.
  12. Collaborate with other Salesforce teams and external partners to ensure seamless integration and interoperability between systems.
  13. Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices, making recommendations for process improvements and efficiency gains.
  14. Serve as a subject matter expert in all areas of Salesforce Copado DEVOPS, providing guidance and support to other teams and departments as needed.

  • Extensive Experience In Salesforce Development And Administration, With A Focus On Copado For Continuous Integration And Deployment.

  • Proven Track Record Of Leading And Managing A Team Of Salesforce Developers In A Fast-Paced, Enterprise Environment.

  • Strong Understanding Of Agile Methodologies And Experience Implementing Devops Processes For Salesforce Projects.

  • Expertise In Copado Configuration And Customization, Including Building Pipelines, Automating Deployments, And Managing Branches And Releases.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Closely With Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders To Deliver High-Quality Solutions.
