  1. Provide accurate and comprehensive medical information on Siemens' Laboratory Diagnostics product portfolio to customers and sales teams.
  2. Serve as a subject matter expert on laboratory diagnostics, staying up-to-date on industry trends and advancements.
  3. Respond to inquiries and requests for medical information in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure accurate and consistent messaging.
  5. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Siemens' products, their benefits, and competitive landscape.
  6. Conduct research and gather information from credible sources to support medical information requests.
  7. Create and maintain medical information materials, such as FAQ documents and product information sheets.
  8. Participate in training and educational programs for internal and external stakeholders, including sales teams and customers.
  9. Monitor and report on customer feedback and inquiries, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations to enhance the customer experience.
  10. Adhere to all relevant guidelines and regulations, including those set by the FDA and other governing bodies.
  11. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle all medical information requests with discretion and professionalism.
  12. Continuously assess and improve processes and procedures related to medical information to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
  13. Collaborate with global teams to share best practices and ensure consistency in medical information practices across regions.
  14. Represent Siemens at conferences and events, showcasing our innovative solutions and building relationships with key stakeholders.
  15. Contribute to the overall success of the Laboratory Diagnostics team by taking on additional responsibilities and projects as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Scientific Field Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Medical Technology.

  • 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Laboratory Setting, Preferably In A Diagnostic Testing Environment.

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Laboratory Testing Procedures And Instrumentation.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Educate Healthcare Professionals On Siemens Diagnostic Products.

  • Proficient Computer Skills And Experience With Laboratory Information Systems (Lis) And Other Related Software.
