IT Performance and Escalation Manager

In this position you manage the relationship with external IT Infrastructure service providers from a commercial, performance and contractual perspective. You manage the providers who contribute to an adequate provision of IT services as well as the integrated Performance Analysis (holistic provider view) Contribution in the assessment of IT provider for a specific service as well as in monitoring SLA adherence and provider obligations is part of your job. You support the escalation of management towards/from the provider as well as the claim management and therewith foster provider improvement. You contribute to the definition and maintenance of market standard KPIs/SLAs and Execute provider governance according to framework. You support change processes and contribute to measures and action plans to ensure IT provider management quality.
