  1. Design and implement efficient and effective sub-assembly processes at production facilities.
  2. Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures and work instructions.
  3. Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to increase productivity and reduce costs.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of sub-assembly processes with overall production processes.
  5. Conduct time and motion studies to optimize workflow and identify areas for process streamlining.
  6. Analyze data and generate reports to track process performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  7. Utilize industrial engineering principles and tools such as Six Sigma and Lean methodologies to drive continuous improvement.
  8. Identify and troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective actions.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sub-assembly processes and incorporate them into the company's processes.
  10. Communicate effectively with team members, managers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of sub-assembly processes.
  11. Train and mentor junior engineers and production team members on new processes and procedures.
  12. Adhere to all safety regulations and ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
  13. Participate in project planning and coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion of projects.
  14. Maintain accurate records and documentation for all sub-assembly processes.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve upon existing processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Industrial Engineering Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Sub-Assembly Or Manufacturing Processes

  • Strong Knowledge Of Lean Manufacturing Principles And Continuous Improvement Methodologies

  • Proficiency In Cad Software And Experience With 3D Modeling

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work In A Team Environment And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
