
Heavy Equipment Operator, Coach Weld

- Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, and cranes in a safe and efficient manner.
- Perform welding tasks according to project specifications and quality standards.
- Train and mentor junior operators and welders on proper techniques and safety procedures.
- Lead and supervise a team of operators and welders to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Maintain and repair equipment as needed to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to plan and execute projects effectively.
- Review project plans and blueprints to determine equipment and material needs.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while operating equipment and performing welding tasks.
- Keep accurate records of equipment usage and maintenance.
- Continuously seek opportunities for improvement in processes and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to address any issues or concerns.
- Comply with all environmental regulations and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Attend training sessions and stay updated on new equipment and welding techniques.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned by management.
Extensive Experience In Operating Heavy Equipment, With A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role.
Strong Knowledge Of Welding Techniques, Including Mig, Tig, And Stick Welding, With At Least 3 Years Of Experience As A Welding Coach.
Familiarity With Siemens Heavy Equipment And Welding Machinery, Including The Ability To Troubleshoot And Perform Routine Maintenance.
Ability To Read And Interpret Technical Drawings And Blueprints, As Well As Follow Safety Protocols And Regulations.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Train And Coach Other Team Members In Heavy Equipment Operation And Welding Techniques.
