- Lead and manage the engineering department, including setting goals, developing strategies, and ensuring team alignment with company objectives.
- Foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the engineering team, encouraging new ideas and continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to support the engineering department's goals and objectives.
- Ensure timely and efficient execution of engineering projects, meeting quality standards and deadlines.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology, and apply this knowledge to improve processes and products.
- Manage and allocate resources, including budget, personnel, and equipment, to support engineering projects and initiatives.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as research and development, marketing, and production, to develop and launch new products.
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of engineering team members to maintain a high-performing and motivated team.
- Implement and maintain proper engineering processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Drive cost reduction and efficiency initiatives within the engineering department to support the company's bottom line.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Engineering, Preferably In A Relevant Field Such As Electrical, Mechanical, Or Computer Engineering.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Engineering Roles, With At Least 5 Years In A Leadership Or Managerial Position.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading Large Engineering Teams And Delivering Complex Projects On Time And Within Budget.
Strong Technical Knowledge And Expertise In Relevant Engineering Disciplines, As Well As A Thorough Understanding Of Industry Trends And Advancements.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate And Build Relationships With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
