  1. Install, maintain, and repair fire sprinkler systems for clients in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Conduct regular inspections and tests of fire sprinkler systems to ensure they are functioning properly and in compliance with safety standards.
  3. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with fire sprinkler systems and provide effective solutions.
  4. Keep accurate records of all service and maintenance performed on fire sprinkler systems.
  5. Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and provide recommendations for their fire sprinkler systems.
  6. Communicate with team members and supervisors to coordinate work schedules and ensure timely completion of projects.
  7. Follow all safety protocols and regulations while working on fire sprinkler systems to protect both yourself and others.
  8. Continuously stay updated on industry developments and advancements in fire sprinkler technology to ensure best practices are being followed.
  9. Maintain a professional and customer-focused attitude while interacting with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Job Qualifications
  • Certification: A Fire Sprinkler Service Technician At Siemens Should Hold A Valid Certification From A Recognized Organization, Such As The National Institute For Certification In Engineering Technologies (Nicet) Or The National Fire Protection Association (Nfpa).

  • Technical Skills: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Fire Sprinkler Systems, Including Design, Installation, And Maintenance. They Should Also Possess Knowledge Of Relevant Codes And Standards, Such As Nfpa 13.

  • Experience: Previous Experience In The Fire Protection Industry Is Highly Desirable, Preferably In A Service Technician Role. Candidates Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Completing Fire Sprinkler System Installations, Repairs, And Inspections.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent Communication Skills Are Essential For This Role, As The Candidate Will Be Required To Interact With Clients, Contractors, And Other Team Members. They Should Be Able To Clearly And Effectively Convey Technical Information To Non-Technical Individuals.

  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Fire Sprinkler Systems Can Be Complex, And Issues May Arise During Installations Or Maintenance. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Strong Problem-Solving Skills And Be Able To Think On Their Feet To Troubleshoot And Resolve Issues Efficiently. They Should Also Be Able To Work Well Under Pressure And Meet Tight Deadlines.
