  1. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on fire and life safety systems, including fire alarms, sprinkler systems, and emergency lighting.
  2. Conduct inspections and testing of fire and life safety equipment to ensure compliance with local and national codes and regulations.
  3. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with fire and life safety systems and provide effective solutions to resolve them.
  4. Install and commission new fire and life safety systems according to manufacturer specifications and company standards.
  5. Communicate with clients to schedule appointments, provide updates on service visits, and address any concerns or questions.
  6. Maintain accurate records of service visits, inspections, and repairs for each client's system.
  7. Collaborate with team members and other departments to coordinate service visits and ensure timely and efficient completion of work.
  8. Keep up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in fire and life safety technology.
  9. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while on job sites.
  10. Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
  11. Adhere to company policies and guidelines, including those related to quality, safety, and ethics.
  12. Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  13. Travel to various client sites as needed to perform service visits and installations.
  14. Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and equipment.
  15. Represent the company in a positive and professional manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Knowledge Of Fire/Life Safety Systems: A Fire/Life Safety Service Technician At Siemens Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Various Fire And Life Safety Systems, Including Fire Alarms, Fire Sprinklers, And Emergency Lighting Systems.

  • Technical Skills: This Role Requires Individuals Who Are Technically Skilled And Have Experience With Troubleshooting, Repairing, And Maintaining Fire And Life Safety Equipment. Knowledge Of Electrical Systems And Schematics Is Also Essential.

  • Industry Certifications: Candidates Should Possess Relevant Industry Certifications Such As Nicet (National Institute For Certification In Engineering Technologies) Or Nfpa (National Fire Protection Association) Certifications To Demonstrate Their Expertise In Fire And Life Safety Systems.
