  1. Conduct thorough inspections and tests of fire alarm systems to ensure they are functioning properly and in compliance with regulations and standards.
  2. Use your expertise and knowledge of fire alarm systems to identify any issues or potential hazards and report them to the appropriate parties.
  3. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on fire alarm systems as needed.
  4. Keep detailed and accurate records of all inspections, tests, and maintenance performed on fire alarm systems.
  5. Communicate effectively with clients and team members to provide updates on inspection results and any necessary actions to be taken.
  6. Stay informed and up-to-date on all relevant regulations, codes, and standards related to fire alarm systems.
  7. Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during inspections or maintenance.
  8. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service when interacting with clients and representing the company.
  9. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment at all times.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and make suggestions for enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of the inspection process.

Job Qualifications
  • Knowledge Of Fire Alarm Systems: The Candidate Should Possess In-Depth Knowledge Of Fire Alarm Systems, Including Their Design, Installation, And Maintenance. This Includes Understanding Of Relevant Codes And Standards Such As Nfpa And Ul.

  • Certification: The Candidate Should Have Relevant Certifications From Recognized Bodies Such As The National Institute For Certification In Engineering Technologies (Nicet) Or International Municipal Signal Association (Imsa).

  • Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Inspecting And Testing Fire Alarm Systems. This Includes Experience In Conducting Site Surveys, Inspections, And Troubleshooting Of Fire Alarm Systems.

  • Technical Skills: The Candidate Should Have Strong Technical Skills, Including The Ability To Read And Interpret Schematics And Blueprints, Use Testing Equipment, And Perform Software Programming For Fire Alarm Systems.

  • Communication And Customer Service: The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills To Effectively Interact With Clients, Contractors, And Other Team Members. This Includes The Ability To Clearly Explain Technical Information And Provide Recommendations To Clients.
