- Oversee financial operations and ensure accuracy and efficiency in all financial processes
- Develop and implement strategies to improve profitability and streamline financial processes
- Analyze financial data and provide insights and recommendations to senior management for decision making
- Manage and monitor budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Lead and motivate a team of finance professionals to achieve departmental goals and objectives

Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Financial Management, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Operations Environment.
Strong Understanding Of Financial Analysis And Reporting, Including Budgeting, Forecasting, And Variance Analysis.
Knowledge Of Sap Or Other Enterprise Resource Planning (Erp) Systems And Proficiency In Microsoft Excel.
