  1. Install and maintain Siemens products and equipment at client sites, ensuring that they are functioning at optimal levels.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with Siemens products and equipment, both remotely and on-site.
  3. Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on Siemens products to ensure their longevity and reliability.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions for complex technical problems.
  5. Provide outstanding customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries and requests.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor for their technical needs.
  7. Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and advancements in the industry, and incorporate them into the service and maintenance of Siemens products.
  8. Create detailed reports and documentation of service activities, including any issues encountered and resolutions implemented.
  9. Train and mentor junior service engineers, providing them with guidance and support to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  10. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while performing on-site work.
  11. Collaborate with sales teams to identify and address new business opportunities.
  12. Travel to various client sites, both domestic and international, to provide on-site support and service.
  13. Continuously seek ways to improve processes and procedures to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of service operations.
  14. Represent Siemens in a professional manner at all times, promoting the company's values and commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction.
