Siemens is looking for a Federal Cyber Security Program Manager to join our growing team and help ensure the safety and security of our customers' data and networks.As the Federal Cyber Security Program Manager, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of comprehensive security plans and strategies for the Federal market. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, as well as providing technical guidance and support to internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate for this role should possess strong technical knowledge and experience in cyber security, with a deep understanding of the Federal market.The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:• A minimum of 5 years of experience in cyber security, with at least 3 years of experience in the Federal market• In-depth knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards• Experience with cyber security risk management, incident response, and data protection• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field• Excellent written and verbal communication skillsIf you have the qualifications and experience to take on this critical role, we want to hear from you!At Siemens, we believe in creating an environment that values diversity and encourages inclusion.
