  1. Develop and implement effective strategies for planning and designing medical imaging facilities in accordance with company standards and industry regulations.
  2. Lead and manage a team of site planners, providing guidance and support to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects, and clinical staff, to gather requirements and incorporate them into the facility design.
  4. Conduct site visits and feasibility studies to assess potential locations for new medical imaging facilities.
  5. Prepare and present detailed proposals, plans, and cost estimates for new projects.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in medical imaging technology to continuously improve facility design and functionality.
  7. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements during the planning and construction phases.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Facility Planning, With A Focus On Medical Imaging Technology And Equipment.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations Related To Medical Imaging Site Planning, Such As Joint Commission Accreditation And State Health Department Regulations.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successful Project Management, Including Budget And Timeline Management, For Large-Scale Medical Imaging Site Planning Projects.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Build Relationships With Clients And Stakeholders.
