Director of Materials Management

You will be leading the Production Planning, Direct Material Procurement, Warehousing, and Inventory Control functions with a team of approximately 60 supply chain personnel with at least 4 direct reports. In your activities you will be responsible for all production planning, material sourcing & staging and logistics pacing all production activity for the Glasgow Plant operations that manufactures over 800 finished good products and 2500+ intermediates. Develops and manages departmental budgets and/or business plans for a small to mid-size department or business unit. You will be working with our latest production planning technology (SAP, Demand Solutions, Power BI) and evaluating new software & reporting solutions to drive performance. Analyzes effectiveness of policies and establishes future direction for functional policies and programs to ensure alignment with Plant and Strategic goals of the company.
