
Deputy Training Manager - Engineering Services

- Develop and implement training programs for engineering professionals to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
- Mentor and coach individuals to help them reach their full potential and excel in their roles.
- Collaborate with the Training Manager to design and update training materials and curriculum to ensure they are relevant and effective.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops, both in person and virtually, to train individuals on engineering principles and best practices.
- Assess training needs and identify areas for improvement in technical capabilities within the team.
- Utilize various instructional techniques and tools to engage and motivate learners.
- Monitor and track the progress of individuals and provide feedback to support their development.
- Collaborate with engineering managers to identify training needs for their teams and develop customized training solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in engineering to continuously enhance the training program.
- Lead and supervise a team of trainers and support staff to ensure the smooth delivery of training programs.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities and participants’ progress.
- Participate in the recruitment and onboarding process of new engineering professionals.
- Represent the company at external events and conferences to showcase our training programs and expertise in engineering services.
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the training program and explore new training methods and technologies.
Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or Related Field
Knowledge Of Engineering Principles And Practices
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Engineering Training Or Related Field
Proven Leadership And Project Management Skills
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, Including The Ability To Effectively Train And Mentor Others.
