  • Develop and maintain demand forecasting models, utilizing historical data and market trends to accurately predict future demand for Siemens products.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to gather data and insights on customer demand and market trends.
  • Analyze data and identify potential risks and opportunities, providing recommendations to optimize inventory levels and improve overall supply chain efficiency.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to demand planning, including forecast accuracy, inventory levels, and customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with production and procurement teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and products to meet demand.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers to gather information and insights on potential supply constraints or disruptions.
  • Continuously review and improve demand planning processes and tools to increase accuracy and efficiency.
  • Communicate demand forecasts and changes to relevant stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and production teams.
  • Provide support and guidance to the sales team in developing sales and inventory strategies based on demand forecasts and market trends.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and trends in demand planning, incorporating best practices and innovative techniques into the demand planning process at Siemens.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Demand Planning, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Technology Industry.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Analyze Data And Make Strategic Decisions Based On Forecasted Demand.

  • Proficiency In Supply Chain Planning Software And Advanced Excel Skills.
