Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join the Siemens team as a Data Intern in Customer Service. The successful candidate must demonstrate excellent communication skills, a passion for problem-solving and the ability to think outside the box.This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a highly dynamic industry while helping customers to find solutions to their most pressing needs. If you have an eye for detail and the drive to exceed expectations, then this could be the position for you!Required Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics or related field• Experience with customer service and a proven track record in providing excellent customer support• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written• Highly organized, detail-oriented and self-motivated• Ability to work independently and within a team environment• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, as well as other relevant software
