This individual will be responsible for managing our customer service team, ensuring customer satisfaction, and effectively managing customer relationships. Our ideal candidate is a highly motivated self-starter who has a passion for customer service and is able to think outside the box to solve complex customer service issues and provide creative solutions.To be successful in this role, you should have extensive experience in customer service management and extensive knowledge of customer service best practices. In addition, you must have excellent interpersonal, problem solving, and communication skills, as well as strong organizational and time management skills. You must also be comfortable with using customer service software and have a willingness to stay up-to-date on industry knowledge.
